Below is Important ID Camp Information, What to Bring, Check-in, and Directions
Please be sure to read through this entire e-mail as there is a lot of important information. We have received your child’s camp registration and you are confirmed for our camp. We are looking forward to working with you at our Los Angeles, CA (Walnut, CA) camp. Check-in will be from 8:00-8:45am at Mt. Sac. Please do not arrive earlier than 8:00 am, as we will not be fully ready for check-in until then. At check-in players will receive a numbered ID pinnie which will be required to wear during all training sessions as well as an outline of the weekend.
Address for Mt. Sac can be found below:
Mt. Sac, 1100 N. Grand Ave,
Walnut, CA 91789
To keep congregations as limited and small as possible, we ask that parents and families do not congregate on or around the field or during check-in. Parents must remain at length from all coaches and campers during each session.
Medical Form:
We will provide a medical form at check in (only required if your child needs to take any type of medication at camp, has any allergies, will be bringing an inhaler or EpiPen, or has a medical condition or injury we should be made aware of). If you need to bring the medical form, please print, complete, and sign it, and bring with you to check-in. Please provide the staff with any medications/inhalers/EpiPens, labeled with your child’s first and last name, in a zip-loc bag. Please do not email or fax this form in advance. You have already signed an electronic waiver and release, so that is already done.
